An Agent Service Representative (ASR) will give their personal commitment to provide the highest level of customer service while not losing sight of the importance of the purchase or sale of a home for your clients. 

Your ASR will schedule the closing at a time, date and location convenient to all parties.  Once the closing is scheduled they will personally confirm with all parties.  The ASR will fax the contract along with the Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure to the closing attorney.  Once the closing process is underway, the ASR will provide a weekly status report to pass along to your clients.  When the closing attorney has completed the title work, your ASR will then prepare the title commitment for the lender along with providing the lender with final title policies after the closing.  The ASR will provide the lender and the buyer with title insurance policies after the closing.

The ASR program is unique and will allow you to offer your clients a stress free closing process.
